In the process of ensuring quality of products to produce, in accordance to customers’ prescription, WASA has its own QC function consisting of a highly skilled professional team and fully equipped lab with latest high tech tools and measuring equipment. Few of the instruments are listed below:
The team is responsible for ensuring quality at every level i.e. from inspection of raw material being utilize to commencement of production, then finalized product to its packaging and finally until the same is delivered.
The Labortary
A State-Of-Art laboratory is in place that plays an essential role in production of quality goods. Some of the following processes involves inspection of raw material (i.e. paper, ink, etc.) from being selected to start of production, color shades cross match at different levels, die cutting preciseness assurance, gloss intensity, etc.
